WSL: Spurs title ex-Man Utd assistant Ho as head coach

Former Manchester United assistant Martin Ho has been appointed manager of Tottenham in the Women’s Super League.

The 35-year-old from Liverpool has joined the club on a three-year contract after a two-year spell as head coach of SK Brann.

Ho led the Norwegian side to the quarter-finals of the 2023-24 Women’s Champions League.

At United he was a key member of Marc Skinner’s coaching staff but left in 2023 to manage in the Toppserien – Norway’s top flight.

Ho started his coaching career in England, working as an assistant at Everton and leading Liverpool Under-21s.

Brann finished fourth in 2023 after Ho joined mid-season, were runners-up in 2024 and sit second in the current campaign.

Tottenham have been without a manager since sacking Robert Vilahamn in June after finishing 11th in last season’s WSL, one place outside the relegation zone.
